NGUYÊN NHÂN:
Mặc định process đặt là 960 khi đạt ngưỡng sẽ không mở rộng thêm được process mới, không tạo được thêm session mới
GIẢI PHÁP
- Tạm thời: Kill session bớt đi
- Về lâu dài tăng process lên 2000-5000:
SQL> alter system set processes=2000 scope=spfile;
SQL> alter system set processes=2000 sid='*' scope=spfile; (nếu là RAC)
Sau đó restart lại DB:
SQL> shutdown immediate
SQL> startup
SQL> show parameter process
