Recovery lại database full trong PostgreSQL

Hướng dẫn dựng lại Database từ Backup (Restore từ file .tar.gz của bạn)

Dựa trên script backup của bạn, bạn đang dùng lệnh pg_dump -F c (custom format) + gzip. File backup có tên dạng dbekyc_YYYY.MM.DD-HH:MM.tar.gz (kích thước ~6.4GB).

1. Tổng quan quy trình Restore

Bạn cần thực hiện trên server đích (server mới hoặc server cần dựng lại).

2. Các bước thực hiện chi tiết

Bước 1: Chuẩn bị trên Server Đích

Bash

# Tạo user postgres nếu chưa có

useradd -m -s /bin/bash postgres

# Tạo thư mục data

mkdir -p /database/pgdata

chown -R postgres:postgres /database

chmod 700 /database/pgdata

# Đăng nhập user postgres

su - postgres

Bước 2: Khởi tạo Database Cluster mới (nếu chưa có)

Bash

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/initdb -D /database/pgdata --encoding=UTF8 --locale=en_US.UTF-8

Bước 3: Chỉnh cấu hình cơ bản (postgresql.conf)

cd /database/pgdata

cat >> postgresql.conf << EOF

listen_addresses = '*'

port = 5432

max_connections = 500

shared_buffers = 1GB

work_mem = 64MB

maintenance_work_mem = 512MB

effective_cache_size = 3GB

EOF

Bước 4: Tạo database và user giống hệ thống cũ

Bash

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_ctl -D /database/pgdata start

psql -c "CREATE USER user1 WITH PASSWORD 'U1$123';"

psql -c "CREATE DATABASE vietdb OWNER user1;"

Bước 5: Restore Database từ file backup (Quan trọng)

Copy file backup mới nhất vào server (ví dụ: dbekyc_2026.03.25-22:30.tar.gz)

Sau đó chạy lệnh restore:

# Dừng PostgreSQL trước khi restore

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_ctl -D /database/pgdata stop

# Restore (lệnh quan trọng)

gunzip -c /bkdb_ekycnoibo/dbekyc_2026.03.25-22:30.tar.gz | \

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_restore -h localhost -U user1-d vietdb -v --no-owner --no-privileges

mv dbekyc_2026.03.26-22:30.tar.gz dbekyc_2026.03.26-22.30.tar.gz

# Restore (lệnh quan trọng)

gunzip -c /bkdb_ekycnoibo/dbekyc_2026.03.25-22.30.tar.gz | \

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_restore -h localhost -U user1-d vietdb -v --no-owner --no-privileges

cd /PGDATA/backupdb/

gunzip /PGDATA/backupdb/dbekyc_2026.03.26-22:30.tar.gz 

pg_restore -U user1 -h 10.3.11.68 -d vietdb \

    --clean --if-exists --verbose -j 6 \

    dbekyc_2026.03.26-22.30.tar

--Mất 2h

[root@ttcntt-ekyc-db01 PGDATA]# du -hs pgdata/; echo "/188GB  pgdata/"

18G     pgdata/

/188GB  pgdata/

Main_131_[root@ttcntt-ekyc-db02 bkdb_ekycnoibo]# du -hs /database/pgdata/

188G    /database/pgdata/

Hoặc nếu muốn restore nhanh và sạch hơn (khuyến nghị):

# Tạo database trống trước

psql -c "DROP DATABASE IF EXISTS vietdb ;"

psql -c "CREATE DATABASE vietdb OWNER user1;"

# Restore

gunzip -c /bkdb_ekycnoibo/dbekyc_2026.03.25-22:30.tar.gz | \

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_restore -d vietdb -U postgres -v --clean --if-exists

Bước 6: Khởi động lại và kiểm tra

Bash

/usr/pgsql-11/bin/pg_ctl -D /database/pgdata start

# Kiểm tra

psql -d mobifone -c "\l"

psql -d mobifone -c "\dt" | wc -l

Lưu ý quan trọng

1. User và Password: Script backup dùng user mbf_db với password mobifone@2019. Bạn cần tạo user này trước khi restore.

2. --clean: Sẽ xóa các object cũ trước khi tạo mới (an toàn hơn khi restore lại).

3. Thời gian: File 6.4GB có thể mất từ 30 phút đến hơn 1 tiếng để restore tùy máy.

4. Tablespace: Nếu database cũ có tablespace, bạn cần tạo lại tablespace trước khi restore.
