Bài 6: CI/CD (Jenkins + GitHub Actions)

1. CI/CD là gì?

  • CI (Continuous Integration): liên tục tích hợp code → build → test → phát hiện lỗi sớm.

  • CD (Continuous Delivery/Deployment): liên tục đóng gói → triển khai ứng dụng tự động.

  • DevOps dùng CI/CD để rút ngắn thời gian từ code → production.

2. Jenkins – Cài đặt và Pipeline cơ bản

Cài đặt Jenkins

Ubuntu/Debian

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y openjdk-11-jdk wget gnupg
wget -q -O - https://pkg.jenkins.io/debian-stable/jenkins.io.key | sudo apt-key add -
sudo sh -c 'echo deb http://pkg.jenkins.io/debian-stable binary/ > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jenkins.list'
sudo apt update && sudo apt install -y jenkins
sudo systemctl enable --now jenkins

RHEL/CentOS/Fedora/Oracle Linux

sudo dnf install -y java-11-openjdk wget
sudo wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/jenkins.repo https://pkg.jenkins.io/redhat-stable/jenkins.repo
sudo rpm --import https://pkg.jenkins.io/redhat-stable/jenkins.io.key
sudo dnf install -y jenkins
sudo systemctl enable --now jenkins

Truy cập Jenkins

  • Mở trình duyệt: http://<server_ip>:8080

  • Lấy password lần đầu:

sudo cat /var/lib/jenkins/secrets/initialAdminPassword

👉 Đăng nhập, cài plugin mặc định, tạo admin user.

Tạo Pipeline đơn giản

  1. Vào Jenkins Dashboard → New Item → chọn Pipeline.

  2. Đặt tên: Hello-DevOps.

  3. Trong phần Pipeline script, nhập:

pipeline {
    agent any
    stages {
        stage('Build') {
            steps {
                echo 'Building...'
            }
        }
        stage('Test') {
            steps {
                echo 'Running tests...'
            }
        }
        stage('Deploy') {
            steps {
                echo 'Deploying application...'
            }
        }
    }
}

  1. Save → Build Now.

👉 Kết quả trong Console Output:

[Pipeline] Start of Pipeline
[Pipeline] echo
Building...
[Pipeline] echo
Running tests...
[Pipeline] echo
Deploying application...
[Pipeline] End of Pipeline
Finished: SUCCESS

3. GitHub Actions – Workflow cơ bản

Bước 1: Tạo repo GitHub

  • Truy cập GitHub → New repository → devops-demo.

  • Clone repo về local:

git clone https://github.com/<username>/devops-demo.git
cd devops-demo

Bước 2: Tạo file workflow

mkdir -p .github/workflows
nano .github/workflows/ci.yml

Nội dung file ci.yml:

name: CI Pipeline

on:
  push:
    branches: [ "main" ]

jobs:
  build:
    runs-on: ubuntu-latest
    steps:
      - name: Checkout code
        uses: actions/checkout@v3

      - name: Set up Node.js
        uses: actions/setup-node@v3
        with:
          node-version: '18'

      - name: Install dependencies
        run: npm install

      - name: Run tests
        run: npm test

Bước 3: Commit & push

git add .
git commit -m "add ci pipeline"
git push origin main

Bước 4: Kiểm tra trên GitHub

  • Vào repo → Tab Actions → thấy pipeline đang chạy.

  • Kết quả mẫu:

✔ Checkout code
✔ Set up Node.js
✔ Install dependencies
✔ Run tests

Pipeline thành công ✅.

4. Bài tập thực hành + Lời giải

🔹 Bài tập 1: Jenkins pipeline tạo file

Yêu cầu: Dùng Jenkins pipeline tạo file build.txt với nội dung "Build success".

Lời giải:

pipeline {
    agent any
    stages {
        stage('Build') {
            steps {
                sh 'echo "Build success" > build.txt'
            }
        }
    }
}

👉 Sau build, kiểm tra file:

ls -l build.txt
cat build.txt

🔹 Bài tập 2: GitHub Actions chạy Python

Yêu cầu: Tạo workflow GitHub Actions để chạy script Python hello.py.

File hello.py:

print("Hello from GitHub Actions!")

File .github/workflows/python.yml:

name: Python Workflow

on: [push]

jobs:
  run-python:
    runs-on: ubuntu-latest
    steps:
      - uses: actions/checkout@v3
      - name: Set up Python
        uses: actions/setup-python@v4
        with:
          python-version: '3.x'
      - name: Run script
